Dennis Robinson, Executive Vice President
Dennis has played a pivotal role at ITS; as an effective leader, he’s charged with coordinating the management functions for numerous company operations and business systems. Dennis is a proven operations management and business development professional, having particular success with systems integration and healthcare system contracting. With more than 30 years of professional experience in business operations in the service and manufacturing sectors, his proactive management style emphasizes employee and team empowerment.
Steve Lewis, Vice President of Project Development
Steve is a cross-functional team leader bringing more than 25 years of EMS and 9-1-1 knowledge to his role at ITS. With experience in CEO level management and EMS consulting, Steve provides a wealth of knowledge and a background of successfully growing and operating EMS transportation services. With his in depth experience in mergers and acquisitions, Steve brings a critical eye to the ITS team. He is a leader in business development and industry growth, generating positive and effective strategies which open the way for continued expansion and greater efficiency. Steve has a proven track record of successful system development and integration which shows in his forward thinking approach.
Heidi Runyon, Director of Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations
Heidi directs all of the company’s accounts receivable activities and contractual relationships with third-party payors. She brings to the role extensive experience with Medicare, MediCal and payor organizations. She has developed an innovative approach to medical transportation billing that is fully inclusive of caregivers and dispatchers, in addition to AR staff. This has resulted in an effective and efficient reimbursement program. Heidi has established a true “customer first” approach to payment and has positioned the company as a patient advocate within the reimbursement system.
Craig Ruggels, Client Relations
With experience designing, maintaining and marketing emergency vehicles, Craig brings a background in both EMS and business development to his position. He provides the “retail” marketing and relationship management for ITS with SNFs, free-standing healthcare providers and individual hospital units. Craig oversees field-level Business Development training employees to serve as ambassadors with caregivers at customer organizations, adding a key layer in the quality-improvement process.
Carly Clements, Public Relations & Client Relations
Carly approaches stakeholder management in a fresh and modern way. Using her experience as a special events producer and graphic designer, she oversees internal company communication within an organization and between organizations and the external environment. Carly is also skilled at increasing media exposure and public awareness through positioning organizations at community and corporate events and sponsorships.
